Can anyone talk about team dynamic?

For 2008 White, I think many (but not all) are coming back but not positive. One girl was moved to Green. They are combining the 2008 White team with the 2006/2007 White team and will play U19 - currently 15 on the 2008 roster. The current coach will coach the combined team.

As for team dynamics, it is a nice group of girls and parents. Because it is the White team, there is a lot less pressure, and the coach is very understanding of the demands of high school sports.

What? 2008s are playing U19?

They are only playing up one year. There is no U18 (to accommodate the players who technically are 2006/U19 but still in high school). And most of these girls are playing in HS so they are used to playing with girls who are older.

Who is coaching- the current u19 coach or the former 2008 coach?

Current 2008 White coach will coach the combined team. The coach of the current 2007/2006/2005 team is moving to a U9/2016 Green/White team (plus 2010 White).

Hmmm that coach is also supposed to be coaching the 2009 whites. And often combines those practices.

isn’t the coach for the 2008 and 2009 girls the same?

Yes. Currently.

Yes, which is why what PP is saying is confusing. The current coach has 2008 white and 2009 White. If 2008 White is combining with the older girls for a new U19 team, How is he going to coach that team plus the 2009 whites since they typically have a combined practice?

that's low given that they are hs age.

He currently is the coach for 2008 and 2009 White; next year will be the coach for 2009 White and the combined 2008/2007/2006 White team. I don’t know if he will combine practices next year - I believe he did it this year to ensure he had enough girls at practice. Even with the combined 2008 and 2009 teams it seems there rarely are more than 10-12 girls there on any given day. So unsure if they will still have combined practices next year given the addition of the older age group.
