There is something wrong with you. In one sentence, you remark on spending, which I assume is your reference regarding the deficit, and then .....you want the Bush tax cuts to continue. Do you not realize by extending the tax cuts, billions of dollars will add to the deficit? Good Lord.

So why did businesses hire a lot after the Clinton tax hikes of 1993, and not hire so much after Bush cut taxes in 2001-3?

Could it be there are factors aside from a few percentage points in the marginal tax rates?
