Everyone knows MD United are mostly Baltimore area players. Just like NVU is mostly Loudoun Soccer. It's a farce to say this is serving the Upper Marlboro community. It's the truth to say ECNL is using the UM community. Thanks for those nice fields. We'll let one or two of your players participate.

At Jeff Cup all he did was yell at the players and it hurt their performance. Please send him back to the MLS Next teams he's so highly regarded by. My DD thinks he's terrible.

They are talking about 2009 ECNL coach. Seems the parents feel differently about him. One parent sounds like an entitled cry baby while the others aren’t bothered by “yelling”.

If the yelling is insulting like some other BSC coaches, than maybe they are justified but if the yelling is directed or constructive criticism, that parent should just tell they’re kid to quit soccer and pickup cross country or something.

Nobody is justifying it. People are saying this coach is not abusive. Some other Bethesda coaches are, most notably SC.

This is about not smearing someone as abusive just because he is loud. This coach is fairly new to BSC and is nothing like those coaches. Not saying he’s perfect, but he is not tied to them whatsoever in style or background.
