Dog barking at 530am

That does sound very annoying. You could try talking to the neighbor but maybe you should try a noise machine or ear plugs. There’s always going to be noises so good to find something that helps block them out.

There’s a house in our Bethesda neighborhood that leaves two dogs out at all hours. They never walk them and let them bark at 2:00 and 3:00 AM. County animal control has been notified. The next call in about them and they lose the dogs. It’s the only way to handle it.

Video tape it when he does it at 5:30 AM and play it to your neighbor on Sunday morning.
