People live in 700sq foot apartments in Bombay, India. So by std a 4000 sq feet condo here is obscene. It’s pointless to judge based on your life situations! Someone’s 6000 sq foot is someone else’s 30,000. Same goes with the style. Find your own barn!

Not the nova person but as a general rule a single tasteless hideous box is not indicative of mocos status. For some ethnic cultures its remains a lifelong dream to own such ugly boxes in Potomac. They are obviously living in the 1990s. I live in Montgomery County btw, and you have to be blind as a bat not to acknowledge that some nova suburbs are leaps and bounds above Montgomery county. With the current fed govt jobs instability, Montgomery county will get even worse.
