Ugh

Totally disagree. Completely unremarkable and wholly lacking in charisma.

NP. I've been very impressed. Principal is very responsive and helpful. AP brings more of the "pizzazz." Nice team.

Well the staffing season temporarily ends Friday to place all the involuntary transfers who didn't get a position after interviewing this month. Schools in Clarksburg usually don't have much turnover because so many MCPS staff live in Frederick county and those spots are coveted, even if the admin isn't the best.

This is very true. Admin upcounty such as Damascus, Clarksburg, some Germantown …. They keep their staff due to the commute staff have to make , not because they are good admin. I am both mcps parent and staff so I hear colleagues searching for upcounty schools all the time and they can’t be choosey regarding the admin situation

I haven't ever had a reason to interact with the principal, but the AP at PBES is fantastic!

True the AP is a big improvement on the lack luster principal.
