Admin upcounty such as Damascus, Clarksburg, some Germantown …. They keep their staff due to the commute staff have to make , not because they are good admin. I am both mcps parent and staff so I hear colleagues searching for upcounty schools all the time and they can’t be choosey regarding the admin situation [/quote]
