That was a constant mantra in mcps when violence happens in the classroom- "you don't understand their culture" lumping all minorities into a culture of violence to give them a free pass-its a racist mindset that turns a blind eye to rule breakage in order to pin blame on teachers who have zero tollerance to assault and harrassment** and we know darn well it's not their culture.

He did not. I saw black girls yell at him in the halls of Farquhar that they could do whatever they wanted WHIlLE they were in their phones with their parents. Kids didn’t listen to him anymore than they listen to any other adult.
