Selling my house - which interior paint color

My vote is BM Swiss Coffee (basically white) or a lightened Edgecomb Grey (25%-50% lighter)

Any advice on Swiss White vs Simply White vs White Dove in a house with golden oak floors and oak cabinets? The main living room has a westward facing light.

What color trim?

White Dove looks dingy. Avoid!

Paint everything white. And it can be the cheapest white because you’re not going to live there. Benjamin Moore Dove white works well.

Are you painting it yourself or using a painter? Many painters will not use the cheap stuff (they will let you know which kind to buy) as it doesn't go on as smoothly/cover as well and is harder to paint with. I personally would not want to paint with the cheapest paint out there.

When you say lightened, do they use less of the color tint when mixing?

If you want 50 percent they add half of the color tint?
