Fresh produce also has recalls. Cooking food is one way to make it safer since it kills bacteria. And some nutrients are better absorbed from cooked food than raw. It's good to eat a mixture of things. |

I eat Kreatures of Habit or Holos high protein overnight oats every day for breakfast. If I have time in the morning and know my lunch will be short, I have eggs and veggies at breakfast and save my oatmeal for lunch.
I’m also a big fan of Built Puff bars made with collagen protein and Fair Life chocolate protein shakes. I have ADHD and my meds suppress my appetite and a high protein diet helps my symptoms. Easy pre-made foods are my friend. |
