Turn out at FCV GA and Revolution GA tryouts this week?

How do you have 'legacy FCV' players that are U13? Does that just mean many of the GA2 2011 players have been with FCV for 2-3 years? ED was in charge of U10-U12 so are you saying a lot of these kids that didn't even make it to the first team have been with FCV since U10 and couldn't even crack the top team?

Existing FCV GA and even a lot, if not all, FCV United players were guaranteed a spot if they wanted to come over. Between those two groups of players, that's more than enough (too many, in most cases, actually) to max out a GA roster of 30 players if many of those players move. If you're an existing Revolution player or a player trying to come over from another club, the odds wouldn't seem to be in your favor for ending up on the (actual) GA team. Hope everyone who is considering this does their due diligence on any offer so they're not surprised later. It sucks being stuck somewhere for a year that's not what you thought it was going to be.

Probably none but 30 is technically the max roster size for a GA team with 18 players being able to play league games. You could quite reasonably assume that a more realistic number of players on the average GA roster would be in the 20-22 range. The most I've ever seen is 24 on an ECNL team. This would mean 6 don't suit up every game. I don't know what the parents are thinking letting their kid play on a team like that.

BP has very little to do with that GA2 team. GA1 and GA2 teams don't ever train together fully, they send a few players here or there to train with the top team. How can he whip any of them into shape? That GA2 team is all on DR.
