These are called sideshows take-overs.

Try to keep up.

It’s easier to have police presence to stop something before it starts vs. breaking up a large hostile crowd later. When police aren’t in their communities this is what happens.

The police??

You democrats vote in leaders who support “Defund the Police / BLM.” Look at Jawando. Look at Allen, Nadieu , and White in DC.

All 4 of these democrats you elected are aligned with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), who also support The Squad in congress.

You elected anti-police radicals to lead you. Didn’t you realize that??

Now you want the police to save you? Seriously???

Whilst surely these ill advised exhibitions must be unpleasant to the greater society, can we not simply reason with these young gentlemen and prevail upon their decency to cease and desist from such odious behavior for the good of all?

Why not?

You’re right, all the meetups are taking place on social media.

Then what's the problem? A virtual meetup isn't hurting anyone.

They organize the meetup on social media. Cops are trying to track them on TikTok and stop them before they happen.

The kids just need to switch to SnapChat; its messages disappear so the cops can’t monitor.

SnapChat is designed to hide criminal behavior.

I live in the area and heard them again last night. They won’t stop unless someone makes them.

Idiots.

I know I am not the target demographic for this behavior, but I got bored about 10 seconds into the video. Watching two cars turn in circles over and over and over again sure is an interesting way to spend an evening.

I live in VA so don’t blame me for what voters in DC are doing.

And to the person who posted about SnapChat - that can be infiltrated too. It’s basic detective work. Create a profile as a stereotypically hot young woman and add these people who are caught at the sideshows and boom, busted. The police could easily do this from the comfort of their own desks! It’s non-violent. The FBI does stuff like this all the time for federal crimes. What happened to undercover work?

Can’t we just give them wrap around services ? then they’ll surely stop

Agree. I think the drivers just need a big hug from a violence interruptor.

It's about testing the limits of law enforcement and seeing how far they can push it. It's about sending a message - a message that they're in control, that they can do whatever they want. It's about asserting dominance. And let's not forget about the potential for recruitment. These events are like a breeding ground for new members. People see the excitement, the adrenaline, the camaraderie, and they want in. It's a recruitment tool, pure and simple. But the real question is: who's behind it all? Who's pulling the strings? Who has the power and resources to organize these events and make sure they go off without a hitch? That's the million-dollar question, isn't it? Some say it's an organized crime syndicate. Others believe it's a government agency testing the waters for a future crackdown. And then there are those who believe it's a shadowy cabal of elites, using these events to sow discord and keep the population distracted from the real issues at hand. And let's not forget about the potential for mind control. These events are a perfect opportunity for the powers that be to test out new forms of psychological manipulation. Who knows what kind of technology they're using to control the crowds? But the most disturbing theory of all is that these events are a prelude to something much bigger. A false flag operation, perhaps, designed to create the perfect conditions for a totalitarian takeover. So the next time you see a group of reckless drivers causing havoc on the streets, remember: there's more to it than meets the eye.

You forgot China.
Obviously the Chinese Communist Party is behind this. Especially if they’re recruiting people on Tiktok.

No no, the commies are under are beds. Not doing donuts in our streets.

Some sideshow takeover videos are better than other sideshow takeover videos.
