PP with the lab diamonds. Fear of losing a stone held me off from diamond earrings (or any expensive earring, for that matter) for a very long time. I now use a silicone backer on top of the earring back and I feel incredibly secure about my earrings now. Once a month, I clean the earrings in a jewelry cleaner and put on a fresh pair of silicone backs. It worked well for 18 months now. https://www.amazon.com/Silicone-Backings-Backstops-Replacement-100Pairs/dp/B07CJ6C6B2 |
Same. I have small attached ear lobes and a small frame. This size is versatile: nice for evening, but not too gaudy in day time. I think 1 ct could work too depending on your face and ears. Pro tip, if you like the 1 ct size, buy just under, say 0.9. The price difference can be significant and the sizing will look the same. |
If you are getting diamond studs, then you absolutely should be getting either screw on backs or la pousette backs |
I have 0.72 and 0.73, so total ~1.5ctw. Bought them just under the 1.5ctw mark. I like that they are noticeable and I wear them everyday (sleep in them), 18K white gold. I am Indian, so used to wearing lots of jewelry. Don't really care if someone thinks they are fake. They are perfect for me |
0.75 per ear is large enough. |
