Why aren't these hygienic attachments popular here in US?

If you want more than dry toilet paper, that's obviously the most hygienic way to go. Sometimes low tech is best.

Another Pakistani here. We call them “lotas” and they are basically like watering cans. I keep one in every bathroom in the house and then use tp afterwards. We also use them after number one as well.

A little hard for the younger kids to use without making a mess but they use it for pee and then we keep wipes in the bathroom for them to use until they are a little older.

All you have to do is close the lid before you flush and then that plume will stay in the toilet, not all over your bathroom.

I don't know. I have a home depot bidet, it's amazing. I can't believe I lived without one with doo smear in my rear
