+1 small fish big Sea. Great observation. So many do not pay attention to size and it can matter according to personality of student. Kelly is Huge. Look into where those kids go for jobs or grad school and the percentage of employed ot onto MBA right out of graduation.

I know Kelley is so good- but I guess he wants the "whole package"
"Whole package" = "Better football team"? Or "warmer"? Because IU and UGA are remarkably similar schools in almost all respects...

Not sure. Indiana has an 82% acceptance rate. UGA was 25% OOS.

UGA has a stronger overall reputation than IU, and Terry is very well respected. IU may have higher rankings, but the right student will have good (or bad) outcomes at either place. UGA has better football. IU has marginally better basketball. Both great college towns, and UGA definitely wins for weather.

It also depends on where/region you want to settle. If you look at the placement outcomes from the listed schools, you will see that they place most of their grads within the region where the school is located.
If you want to settle in Atlanta, go to UGA, for Mid-Atlantic go to UMD, for Chicago/Midwest go to Kelley.
My son has been pondering the same. He got into Biz at two of these schools and waiting for a couple more.

I agree this makes sense in theory, but he doesn't know and I think it's a lot of pressure to map that out right now at 18. So many variables- friends, girlfriends, jobs, internships. etc. No way he's deciding where he wants to settle. I asked and he said "a city"...
I can see him in Austin, but likely rejected tonight from UT. I will still encourage him to seek out internships there or any city that excites him. He can move there for the summer..
