You know what relaxes you? YOU. Learn to meditate, box breathe, journal, take a walk... Build a toolkit instead of staying dependant on substances. If you need something to relax, the problem is you. Address it at the source instead of masking it with this substance or that.
And if your "but it's not booze" substance has kava, "cbd", etc., you're in dangerous cross-addiction territory.
What do y'all do when you can't medicate/drug yourselves to a state of "relaxation"?
While not incorrect, this is off topic. This is about drinks that purportedly are meant to be relaxing.
