| My son's new passport took one month to the dot from appt to receipt of new one. Mine, a mail in renewal, took 2.5 weeks! Both submitted March 1. |

| I got my renewal in two weeks express mail. Paid to expedite. Told them I was traveling. |

| I did expedite my kids’ and got them in exactly one week! On one hand I spent $120 to expedite passports for a trip I haven’t even bought tickets for, on the other hand better this than the opposite. |

| 6.5 weeks for an adult renewal sent in early March, mailed standard first class mail, not expedited, no upcoming travel. Very reasonable, and also happy to save $15 and time on a photo by taking it myself and printing at home. |
