This. My family lives overseas and doesn’t have the resources to shop and mail gifts, so it’s always been just us & Santa (us) getting gifts kids.

Also OP it sounds like you and your kids basically assume they will get what’s on the list. It’s just that, a wish list, and your kids should learn now that you don’t always get what you want or everything you want. Please make sure you’re not raising entitled brats
