I’ve had success with brand at grocery stores in Arlington.

Oddly, even though we got a notice this fall that Cigna wasn't covering name brand any longer it is only costing us $60/month (previously $10) - but we haven't had a HORRIBLE time getting it (sometimes an extra day or two.) I don't know if CVS holds it for us (we have been getting it there every month for 6y.)

We got the letter about not covering brand as well. But in December when Cigna’s mail order ran out of generic I asked if we could have brand and they said yes. The rep made it seem like it had never not been an option which was weird. I hope we can continue to get brand.

No luck trying to get 30mg in DCsafeway. I was told that if it’s a new prescription it’s lowest priority and existing prescriptions get priority. Been trying for almost three weeks to get it for my kid.
