Not PP but I've lost 35 lbs and have not lost muscle tone according the the InBody scan. I've always been pretty solid though. And I will say that dropping the extra weight makes running MUCH easier. I don't get winded and have increased my speed. |
I lost 11 lbs. in the first month on 0.25mg/wk . I lost 8 lbs. in the second month on 0.5mg/wk. I stayed at .5mg/wk. a few weeks into month 3 and my rate of weight loss had tapered off. That was when I titrated up to 1.0mg/wk. By the end of month 4, I had lost a total of 32 lbs. Having lost an average of 8 lbs./month I set out to continue, if possible, to lose at or near that rate as long as I needed to keep losing. It was at that time that I titrated up to 1.7mg/wk. By the end of month 7, I had lost 55 lbs and I felt good about staying in that range. It has now been 10 months since I started compounded semaglutide. For the past few months, I have not been actively trying to lose but still, I have lost another 5 lbs down to a total loss of 60 lbs. A few weeks ago, I titrated from 1.7mg/wk. down to 1.5mg/wk. My long-term plan is not to wean off semaglutide completely but to continue to titrate down until I get dialed in on a dosage required for me to stay in the range I am at now... 55 to 60 lbs. lower than my starting weight. |
I lost 15lbs in the first six weeks. |
