If you’re being forced to take any sort of soft skills or leadership training, the conclusion you should draw is that you suck so hard
that your bosses tried this training because it’s cheaper and easier than firing you.
Nobody wakes up and decides it’s time for leadership training out of the clear blue sky.
There’s a small chance it’s not you and you’re there as cover because they can’t send just one or a few people.
But based on your post, it’s probably you.
This. Out of touch boomers thinking time Trump's youth's more advance skills and education.
Bless your heart. Someday you’ll grow up and be embarrassed at your current self. You’ll also be embarrassed about bragging about your education in posts with so many type-so as to be borderline unintelligible.
People with actual industry knowledge realize that a bunch of 20 somethings sitting around debating a case study about KFC in Japan (something we spent a LOT of time on in the top rated MBA program that lead to my job consulting at E&Y) doesn’t teach them anything about administering state Workers’ Comp programs (the first project I was supposed to exert my “more advance [sic] skills and education” to improve. Of course, like all newly minted consultants, I was bad at everything except PowerPoint, so I asked the very underpaid staff what should be changed, and, being the people with actual knowledge, they told me. I put their advice into my PowerPoint template and got a gold star from my bosses.
