You misspelled “Whitty”. Long COVID brain, perhaps? |
Yep, my covid brain for sure. Stupid ol' me! |
| Are there any cures for Long COVID? Or is it a lifetime sentence? |
12% from a low baseline is not high! gtfo. |
Going from 2 cases to 6 cases is a 200% increase which sounds eye-popping but is not meaningful given the small number of cases. A 12% increase from historically low levels will still leave us around historically low levels. |
ROFL. I had the original 2 shots, no boosters. I only had COVID ONCE and that was this year - so all the time COVID was rampant, I was not sick at all. Every year I gave the flu shot to my kids, they get the flu.. no more flu shots for them annually and guess what, they have not gotten the flu in all the years we stopped the annual flu shots. I'm just saying, vax are important but some are more important than others! And certainly with COVID, at this point, it's endemic. |
| I never check it. I currently have Covid. |

new cases last 7 days that doesn't even seem accurate at all.... |
|
I haven't checked any in months...maybe even a year?
I have a kid who was a college student in another state and the state health dept. updated each day. Gradually they started decreasing the type of information on their site; specifically they used to have a diagram that showed hospitalizations, ICU, and ventilators for vaccinated vs. unvaccinated patients. They stopped posting that when more vaccinated patients were on ventilators than unvaccinated. Eventually they went to only updating once per week, and then one week I went to look and couldn't even find it. I might have just not looked in the right place...or maybe they just stopped. |
| Case counts are not accurate really bc people are not testing or self reporting. Waste water information is what you want to be checking OP. |
Do you have a link to the waste-water tracker? |
They don't know yet. If you develop a diagnosable autoimmune disease after Covid, it's usually a lifetime sentence. Like one of my coworkers who developed Alopecia Areata a month after recovering from Covid and lost all her hair for life. They aren't laughing at me for wearing a mask now. |
Its from the WHO and LA Times |
Were you vaccinated? Also, covid is up in the area per the tracker so your not the only one. |
