| The only thing I took away from this post is that you don’t know how to spell Chipotle. |
Yeah the photo of the home photoshopped on the TV is super weird. |
| It’s a 20 year old home and looks like it inside. It’s livable but could use some updating. The backyard and pool house are awesome. But it’s not a “newer” home per the listing. |
It is realtor speak my first house I bought in 2000 with “new windows throughout house” it had windows installed in 1992. Considering 1955 house I considered then new. I used same realtor to sell in 2018 and she put “updated windows throughout house” I guess at 26 years ago “young” they are “updated” I can’t wait for next sale! Maybe “refreshed windows throughout house” |
| Pic 35. Do all the bottles of wine convey? |
| Are 3 TVs in one room for game day?? Seems like a laptop and iPad would suffice. But then who wants to watch a game on a round couch? Flummoxed by that room. |
Plus all the bedrooms have TVs. Way too many screens, they need to read some books. |
Is there a book about their house? |
|
This is very, very common - the house on the tv thing.
I agree the house is poorly staged - did they cover all the furniture with cheap microfiber slipcovers??? They should have, at a minimum, smoothed out the microfiber before taking pictures so it didn't look all splotchy. |

I hate this house with a cold passion.
I would disappear the house and live in the pool house and go swimming. |
