I love this house. But the realtor puts the house picture on every TV in the house. Makes it seem like owners loves house so much he watches videos of his house every night.
Seriously I love this block only cause it is only block in Potomac with these homes that close to town. Like the Library, Daycare, Starbucks, Chipolte, supermarket literally steps away. What amazes me that block given next to two day care places, short distance Potomac Elementary School and supermarket all the young kids on block. I mean this block is crazy expensive yet couples in their 30s buying homes with little kids. Yea I get walking to Hunters Bar, Pizza, Chipolte, 5 Guys, Sushi, Supermarket, dry cleaner, Hair and Nail Salon is what younger buyers want but really in this price range. I am impressed with you young people. Good for you. Whoever buys have me over for a swim next summer. | The outside is lovely but the inside is meh for and some things dated. Also, lots of wasted space. Some of the bedrooms look really small. |
