What are your favorite cheeses for a cheese board?

I love the Italian truffle cheese at trader joe's. There's also one that is covered in black pepper and has a parmesan texture - amazing!

Also a big fan of Humboldt Fog at Whole Foods.

I’m not really a fan of cheese either. I also remove most of the cheese off pizza. I’m also a carb hound. We are not 4 and can have sophisticated tastes without liking cheese.
