Women who prioritize looks, does it ever end well?

None of those are related. Smart and successful often aren’t necessarily related. Deep and successful (if you mean earn a lot of money/prestige by successful) are sort of opposite because amassing material things sort of rules out thinking deeply about the world and our place in it. So it may be a “cope” but attractive people usually buy into the idea that being successful means keeping up appearances, which isn’t really deep.

There are two kinds of attractive: clothes, makeup, car, etc; and naturally symmetric, healthy, and physically fit.

Or you can be like my nephew's fiance. She spent her 20s looking for Chad, Brad, Thad, or Tad, who is 6'2", built up, and has a beard. In other words, one of the guys on the Bachelor. Then she got to early 30s, figured she would wind up alone, and found my nephew - nice, average looking man.

Every woman I know who doesn’t pick for looks never wants to have sex with their husbands. The women seem happy with the situation. The men are clueless. Men - if your wife is better looking than you, your days of marital sex are limited.

Isn't it more about upkeep and hygiene than raw good looks? Most people aren't super good looking to start with.
