Then we don’t share a definition of “structured.” |
Just a hair over OP’s minimum! Well done. |
You are doing nothing to dispel my initial assumption that anyone who would make a request this ridiculous must have a very unpleasant personality. |
There’s also the Anjou, which is leather inside. I haven’t seen it in person but it looks structured in pictures. Will probably be heavier, though. |

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Loewe bag. Light yet big enough shoulder bag. Plus it fits your 2k plus requirement (I assume you're just trying to relay you want designer)

Nowhere near your minimum, but my Rag & Bone leather shopper is the lightest bag I own. It also packs really easily when needed.

These are gorgeous, but not very big. If OP is replacing a tote, I assume she wants a bag that can hold a lot. What about and XL Flamenco? It may not be light enough but is roomy. https://www.loewe.com/usa/en/women/bags/flamenco/xl-flamenco-bag-in-nappa-calfskin/A411X12X02-3969.html?cgid=w_flamenco&p=5 |
| Goyard Artois in the PM size or Givenchy Pandora in pepe leather |
One of my favorites, too, but does it come with an attachable strap or is it only a clutch? |
+1 Agree with the Artois being structured. The St. Louis is the one that is not structured. |

Between this post and the “proper looking sweatpants”… lol
I feel like DCUM is being hilariously, heavily trolled. |
I’m not OP. |
You’re right, we don’t…my MM completely stands up on its own (including the sides) and neatly holds a mini soft-sided cooler w sippy cup, flat pouch for keys etc, and to-go changing pad upright, file-folder style…would you mind sharing what additional criteria you’d need to consider a bag to be structured? Genuinely curious. I guess it doesn’t have inner dividers and isn’t rectangular…? Could you be thinking of the St Louis, which is made of a thinner canvas, doesn’t have thick reinforced corners or metal feet? That one was actually literally designed to be a beach bag originally— they slouch over and don’t last at all. |
