I made beef goulash from the Joy of Cooking cookbook that I vowed to use more often (read: ever). This was during the work week but I work from home. Minimal hands on time but a couple of hours sitting on the stovetop. Delicious.

I'm pleased that I finally used that dang cookbook that I've been toting around for 15 years.
