I’m a teacher and this is infuriating. It’s a problem in the afternoon, too, where parents don’t want to pull to the front because they don’t want their kid to have to walk. When it’s raining or cold it takes us FOREVER because people will straight up ignore our directions and refuse to move. We’re standing in the rain trying to help these people and they are incredibly inconsiderate. |
This way works best IMO. However, at my school lots of parents don't want to wait and drop off in the middle of the line, causing a backup |
We live a block from school. Everyone parks in our street (double parks). Then cuts through the closest yard. It’s a s show. |
You understood that OP wasn’t talking about kids on crutches, correct? |
What? Do their children not have LAPS? |
LOLOL |
If everyone either walked or took the bus this wouldn’t be an issue. It wasn’t when we were kids. There were no “car riders” then. |
I do that too. I have a countdown for DC to unbuckle, crab the bag and get the heck out. We are not even in the drop off lane since we don't have such thing in the city. For me 'get out now' means 5 seconds ago. It's cultural. |
Doesn’t he walk around the whole school on crutches? |
