I didn’t get that from this thread. They “do grading”, but the grades aren’t necessarily posted to Schoology unless the assignment is in Schoology. Here is info about the ES Progress Reports: https://www.fcps.edu/academics/grading-and-reporting/elementary-school/elementary-grading-and-reporting-handbook-parents https://www.fcps.edu/sites/default/files/media/forms/ISDESProgRepEnglish.pdf |
Geezus, Calm the F down. Ask you kid if you are so concerned. The first few weeks are taking assessments and getting kids into the right learning groups. Again, unclinch. |
So you want random internet strangers across the entire FCPS boundary to let you know what you should expect from your specific child's teachers. Got it. |
I'm the PP. Thanks these links are very helpful. I thought assignments or tests would be graded and I'd get those back at some point, but it looks like you just get the quarterly reports after that first interim report. Good to know, thanks! |
We send graded assignments home in our school's Tuesday Folder. I'm know that's something that varies too. Your child is also probably being graded on other classroom performance such as sharing strategies during math and small group work. |
