Nannyshare proposal- how would you approach?

I say this as kindly as possible / your nanny sounds overpaid, lack of experience, mediocre at best and should possibly look into another line of work from what you have said in your original post but yet you’d recommend said person? Of course she jumped for the extra money I seriously would part

why can't she watch the other baby while your baby is not asleep? That would see the best solution, the babies would get socialization, and nanny would still have her break. Your friend should actually offer more than 2 hrs a day, maybe they both can play and then nap together like in a real share.
