Underwear for hot weather hiking/excursions

I love Patagonia active briefs- they stay dry, quick dry after washing, fit well and last forever.

Not sure which Panache bra people are recommending, but all I wear for workouts are the high impact underwire version. It is amazing, but definitely dries slowly. You'd want a few to bring with. Amazon has them at the lowest price, and with Prime try before you buy. People say that they run small but I get my normal band size and go down a cup because they seem intended for very full breasts (which mine are not).

I don’t wash them out on vacation because they dries slowly in humid climates but I will say that it’s sturdy enough to let the sweat dry after a morning of 95 degree tennis and wear it again for more tennis the next day. I usually bring 3-4 panache bras for active trips so I can take them off as they get sweat-soaked and switch to a dry one for the next activity.

For underwear, I’ve tried quick dry underwear and washing it out in the sink, but it never gets as clean as I want it to. And as a very sweaty person, if I wear non-cotton underwear, sweat, sit around a bit, and sweat again, I think it starts to smell and be generally gross. Sorry but it’s true.
Now I just pack 3+ pairs of cotton underwear per day and change frequently. It’s worth it and it doesn’t take up much space. I save my sadder underwear for travel and discard as I go if I’m worried about packing space.

This is the answer.

This! Never in a million years would have thought of this until a friend recommended it.

+1 Patagonia are worth checking out
