My mom always used a can of crab meat! A sprinkle of paprika and some sliced slmonds on top!! My other favorite was a block of cream cheese mixed with a can of no beam Hornell chili. Served with tortilla chips and sliced green bell peppers. |

OP back to say I appreciate the suggestions and we’re going to try a bunch of these (often have people over to hang out and watch games at the weekend this time of year).
FWIW, we ended up doing a buffalo chicken dip that was a big hit, but sausage/Rotel and the peach salsa ones are next on deck. Curious to see if I can get my kids to try clam dip, too. [And in case the food police decide to visit this thread, I generally cook healthy meals, but YOLO.] |
