The elementary school boundaries are staying as is, but it could be reassigned to feed to a different middle or high school during the Woodward study.

(And the same thing is true for every other elementary school in the Whitman, BCC, WJ, Wheaton, Einstein, Northwood, Kennedy, or Blair clusters.)

Just discovered this thread. The Westbrook neighborhood is terrible, full of superficial and arrogant people, looking down on children and their parents from other neighborhoods, especially Friendship Heights.

Sorry to hear. Not trying to bring up any traumatic events but if you can, share examples?

MCPS used to build ESs to 350-400, now 800. MSs used to be 900, now 1200. HSs, 2,000, now 2800.

The schools are too big, they don't get the support needed (copy machines counselors), and the kids are out of control.

This is all of MCPS, not just Westbrook!

What are you talking about? The condos in FH cost as much as the SFHs in the Westbrook school area.

Exactly. If anything, those condo residents are literally looking down at your little house from their high rise windows.

What do those "terrible, full of superficial and arrogant people" actually do to those "children and their parents from other neighborhoods?"
