Cauliflower as a main dish

I've made this as a side dish for pot lucks and dinners at home and it has been used as the entree for vegetarians at those events. I've been told it is quite filling and everyone loves it. Even my kids love this dish.

This doesn't help. OP said she wanted to serve the cauliflower to vegetarian family members this weekend.
