Vegetarian or keto/low carb?

Who are you serving it too?

We eat cauliflower fried rice a lot at our house. It's a great main dish for a weeknight with kids. I wouldn't serve it to a dinner party.

I like cauliflower steaks too.

This is along the lines I’m looking for. I’ve had cauliflower as a main a couple times in restaurants over the past months. Also serving for vegetarian family members this weekend (were there will be loads of other food).

How is cauliflower a good main dish? I hope you have some vegetarian proteins, too.

I flour and saute and add a Korean gochujang -sesame garlic sauce, so its similar to Korean fried chicken. Serve with rice.
