Woke up this morning and the diamond from my engagement ring is gone

You've probably seen this tip, but you can stretch nylon hose (knee highs) over the end of the vacuum and anything large will get sucked up and stick to the nylon.

My mother once lost the pearl out of a ring while attending an event in my high school auditorium. I went back the next day and found it a couple of rows below where she was sitting.

A friend of a friend made the news a few years ago - he proposed to his girlfriend on a sandbar, far off shore, and dropped the ring in the ocean. They hired someone with a metal detector to return to the sandbar, and he was able to retrieve it.

I also still remember one of my high school administrators’ lost ring story. It fell off in the sand on the beach. She didn’t find it before the end of their trip. The following year, they went back to the same beach house, and a family member found her ring while playing in the sand!

I lost my ring while living in temporary military housing and we never found it.

God does not have time for that kind of nonsense. Stop clogging up his inbox with these requests.

My grandma lost her wedding ring while planting carrots one year. When she pulled them, one of the carrots had grown right through the ring!
