Maybe. But it’s not like DC and close-in northern VA are safer. |
| two from that list are now contingent. |
Where in MoCo? Which CVS in Bethesda? |
| I go out in Bethesda with friends frequently and am out relatively late (by suburb standards). The idea that Bethesda is unsafe is laughable. Try spending some time outdoors in any of the walkable areas and you can judge for yourself. It's about as much of a sheltered bubble as you will find these days. |
I think the Bradmoor house will go for ask, but not above which it would have 6 months ago. I’ll be surprised if the Custer house gets $2.9. |
The house on northfield sold for 1.76 in 2017. Since then, the value has increased, interest rates have almost doubled, and property tax is increasing. It is mind boggling that anyone is able to buy now (in this area) unless they have all cash. |

I was looking at this one (focusing on Bannockburn) and it went under contract in five days.

This is nicer than some of the ones OP listed that are $3M+ Why is Kenwood park such an overpriced area? |
The Custer house sold on June 14 for $2.875 million, only $24k under asking. https://www.redfin.com/MD/Bethesda/8220-Custer-Rd-20817/home/10646809 |
| Bethesda market is scorching hot! Buy them now before prices get higher. |
100% This one just went for 122k over asking. Just goes to show that great homes near the schools are still a hot commodity. https://www.redfin.com/MD/Bethesda/7708-Massena-Rd-20817/home/10674080 |
Agent stirring the pot! |
Can you link the law that says planting new bamboo is illegal in MoCo? |
Huge lots, incredible schools, lots of diversity, zero preoccupation with keeping up with the Jones’s. Call us over-priced all you want. It’s an amazing neighborhood |
for a 2+M house those bathrooms are HORRIBLE.... |
