Heavens to betsy yes! They raise your cholesterol through the roof this has been known since the 1980s! So not only is it cruel to a child it is even more cruel to the poor animals who suffer favctory farming conditions!!

Those are good for too, but the best diets are varied. Eat the whole grains, dairy, and the eggs.
