+1. Kids eat them daily as well. My youngest was a picky eater and eggs were a main source of protein and fat for him. |
| We eat eggs daily. The quality makes a difference. |
| We’re just about daily. I do try to change up breakfast, although I find eggs sneak in elsewhere so it’s still pretty much daily. We eat chicken really frequently too. I’m not that stressed about it. I’m sure we could do better on many fronts. |
| Uh what? Super fine. Mine will only eat egg whites so if you are worried about cholesterol in a child (dunno why you would be) that’s an option. |
| I wish my kid would eat egg daily. They are nutritious and easy to cook. Unfortunately they don't even eat any eggs. |
WTF? How do you figure? |
Probably reading the incorrect guidelines about how most of our food every day is supposed to be grains and other sugar. No wonder our country is so unhealthy. |

I have read that they did a study and it’s safe to have 7 in a week. The impression I got is that that is the most they tried, as if it was the most someone would want. Which made me laugh as the mother of teen boy athletes who would happily eat 4-6 eggs at a meal!
I often cook things with more than one protein, like shaksuka with beans and eggs or breakfast for dinner with eggs and a bowl of Greek yogurt, but my kids are still well past 7 a week |
| I eat eggs most days and my cholesterol is fine. I don't think cholesterol in foods contributes to body cholesterol. I believe the refined sugars and flours contribute more than eggs. |

Yes it's fine. Keep letting her eat all the eggs she wants |
| A varied diet is best, and stay away from junk. |

An egg daily or 7 eggs per week, fine. The American ideal of 3 eggs in one sitting so 21 eggs per week, I wouldn't.
I know I know eggs are the super food that can do no wrong right now. But lets be real science goes back and forth on these things and 5 years from now the pendulum will swing back the other way and suddenly you'll be told how irresponsible it is to eat more than 2 eggs/wk. So I'd go with - everything in moderation. And 3 egg omelets daily aren't moderation - they are what Cheesecake Factory and diners have told obese Americans is a normal portion. |
| An egg scrambled up with butter and topped with cheese is the perfect breakfast! Huzzah for full fat! |
Yes, it's totally fine. It isn't 1993 any more. |
Np are you a medical doctor? Have any evidence that this is a problem? Cite any evidence? If not, than your opinion is just that |
