Blushing coworker

Blushing can also be caused by anxiety. It's not always because somebody's attracted to somebody else.

I am fair skinned. It’s terribly embarrassing and annoying when people point it out. I absolutely hate it. They usually act like it’s cute but I feel like they are making fun of me and assuming some personality trait in me that doesn’t exist. I also find it truly condescending. I don’t get mad anymore because it’s been my whole life, for the most part. So, OP, stop worrying about it.

I will blush when I'm embarrassed about something or nervous, and absolutely hate when coworkers point it out. It's very disrespectful and annoying. People are so clueless and mean at the same time to actually point it out. It would never occur to me to point it out aloud to someone. I absolutely hate it as I have no control over blushing. I'm just a shy person.

Another fair-skinned person with rosacea. I blush often, especially when I'm caught off guard or having an animated conversation. Has little to do with a particular person.
