Yale -4.35%

Both had well north of 50k applicants,

Northeastern had 96k applicants.

^ These are overall rates (so include ED). RD rates were lower.

Please stop with the Northeastern promotion. Not anywhere in the conversation with the Ivy League.

That’s a very good point. RD rate is going to be south of 2% maybe. Crazy

Did he say that "I don't want to belong to any club that would have me as a member" before sharing that he wouldn't be applying to Cornell and to Dartmouth ?

Cornell and Dartmouth were too isolated for him. I personally loved Dartmouth and my parents are close by, but he wouldn’t budge.

Congrats to those who got in.
Remember, it truly is just a mediocre old athletic conference. Plenty of great spots available in the Big 10, ACC, NESCAC, and Centennial Conference!

DD waitlisted at my alma mater, rejected from Cornell. She had other good options but has also been surprised by some rejections. Rough year all round.

Good luck today!

And you’re still living your glory days I see. Might I suggest you get a life?

The parents with kids who got in are not on DCUM tonight they're down at the country club celebrating over dinner.
