+2 There’s something so primal in the satisfaction of a perfectly cooked, medium-rare steak. Ribeye is my favorite. All it needs is some kosher salt, a little cracked pepper, and some heat. The combination of the salty crust, the charred fat, and the savory flavor is irresistible to me. |
