What month and time of day is the wedding? Louisiana can be hot and steamy but I'm sure you will have A.C. inside.

It's a very pretty maxi-dress, but too casual for a bt-optional wedding. I would also second-guess the white background given that you don't know the bride.

Dress is old Agua Bendita for the person who asked. I think I'll save it for a more casual wedding later in the summer.

I went to LSU but now live in DC. And let me tell you, these southern girls like to DRESS UP for this stuff. You’d definitely feel underdressed in that.

Save it for a welcome event or day after brunch. Absolutely NOT too much for the country club, trust me.
