You don't know them well if you lost touch, lady. |
What liar you are. Even dea.gov says so. |
WHICH school in Fairfax County? Zero. |
I went to one of the pyramid information meetings. They said they don’t expel kids, they try to get them help. |
About 3 or 4 weeks ago, a boy OD’d at McLean HS. The SRO had to use Narcan on him. |
The failure is anyone who FAILS to enforce effective CONSEQUENCES for BAD behavior. |
Odd that you didn’t post when it happened. |
In Arlington County, a student OD'd and sadly passed away at one of the high schools a few months ths ago. There have been at least 2 overdoses in the HS I work at in Fairfax this year. They do not publicize it even to the staff. I found out through students talking in my classes.

Who exactly is allowing taxpayer funded public schools to cover-up these drug poisonings on public school property? I know that the media is complicit in these cover-ups. It’s a relatively new phenomenon. |
At our school the admin treats it like “nothing to see here, please move along”. I get they don’t want to draw attention to the victim or their family, but the result is a desensitized community. The OD is a nuisance until the person can be moved and the school day can return to the status quo. Things aren’t right for anyone. |
OMG. It’s like the kid never existed. Awful. |
These administrators are disgusting!! |
I’m sure the school pressures the family to keep quiet. Despicable. |
That's the way we feel. Keep wondering what we did wrong. |
Yawn. Get a new line. This one is stupid and stale. |
