I’m 37yo but dress much older than I am. How can I dress my age? What do people my age wear?

For OP - I mean, what do I know, I'm a generation older - but give a look at Madewell, J Crew, Evereve, & other stories, Jungmaven (I got that rec from DCUM and have become a huge fan of their t-shirts), Reformation (if you have that Hot Girl look - I do not so I don't shop there), Aritzia, Anthropologie (to me, Anthro is mostly overpriced with weird fabrics, but I know a lot of people love it and look great, so). Boden, if you're selective and don't get the frumpy stuff.

If you have more $$$ to spend try Veronica Beard (I don't have VB money, personally), Farm Rio, Vince, and those higher-priced brands. I sometimes get the nicer stuff on Poshmark and eBay - I also get a lot of Madewell on eBay.

I'm 42 and love Veronica Beard, found a few pieces at second hand shops and from their website, they mark down by a LOT during sales. Their clothes are flattering.

I buy a lot of work clothes from Reformation. They look cool but somehow work in work/conference/presentation settings.

I have two excellent blazers -- a structured woolen fitted Diane Von Furstenberg and a silky and flippy Reiss. both thrifted but in excellent condition. They make everything underneath look good.

Thrifted things came from either secondi or thredup (I always look for new with tags)

Also Off 5th (Saks 5th avenue sale/outlet site) has great markdowns on most of the above brands. Just got some last season VB and Farm Rio for about 70% off. I do prefer poshmark, secondi, real real but sometimes if I'm looking for something specific it's great to keep tabs on off 5th.

I’m 43 and I like Anthropologie and Natural Life for floaty, comfortable dresses and kaftans with bold prints and patterns that I layer over solid bodysuits or leggings and tanks. I get that the Blanche Devereaux/Tonya McQuiod look could “age” someone, but I figure it’s in a fun, crazy-older-lady sort of way rather than the chinos and sweater set way.

Mango, Zara, Reformation, Aritzia, & Other Stories, and surprisingly, Abercrombie (which is especially great if you are petite).

Nordstrom and Shopbop for brands like Vince, Theory, Rails, Anine Bing, Frame, Veronica Beard.

I like to look at sites like ShopYourTV and WornOnTV to see what people wear in newer shows in my age group. There's a newish show on Hulu called Not Dead Yet with a 30-something cast (mostly blazers over graphic tees, cute sweaters, and nice blouses). I also like most of the outfits on Only Murders In the Building. Selena Gomez's character is 28, so a bit younger than you, but there are some good ideas there (especially from other characters). The Flight Attendant characters also wear approachable styles IMHO. Anyway, I find these sites a valuable source of inspiration.

My list is pretty similar, though Mango/Zara/Abercrombie etc. are more for casual clothes for me. For work I do more Loft, Banana Republic, Nordstrom (also a lot of Theory)
