4-1/2 inch tongue in groove white oak sanded in place with no stain and three coats of water based polyurethane.

It’s de rigueur for new a new house in Arlington

Its definitely pine, can't tell from the picture if its real or not.

No builder uses pine. It is too soft and would be best to hell before the 11 month walk through.
