It should be banned on government devices (along with any social media sites). My problem is banning it on government networks without an exemption for universities

The Democrats in the Virginia legislature need it to communicate with their constituents. They do little dances and challenges so kids will remember to vote. Don't you recall the ballot two step that went viral last year? I think Northam even moonwalks on his TikTok. Very popular.

I could see a use case for faculty and external affairs to communicate with current and prospective students.

Seems like VA Democrats have Youngkin living in their heads rent free because they are just going to oppose everything he does without thinking it through.
