Like what? Now I think the brouhaha over the tampon exchange is silly. But is your comment for real? Like lifting heavy objects or machinery? Well sure, men have the capacity for larger muscle mass. But aside from physical challenges, which is what I assume you’re referring to, there is nothing women can’t do as well as a man, and I think it’s weird if a man made a joke at women’s expense over that. Although it is not worthy of national newsprint or headlines.

Tiger would fit in well on Bill Mahrer’s show. Bill would say “no one can take a joke anymore. You’re so sensitive.” No, women are just sick of being the butt of the joke and used as an insult. I will point out that Tiger went to the effort of making sure he got a tampon and carried it all around with him. To me it’s the amount of time and effort he had to think about “his joke.” To me that says a lot about his views of women. Then again, he was a serial cheater on his wife. Man’s got issues with women.

I agree, his age makes this embarrassing, especially as a public figure. I mean, he probably just does not give AF and is like "I'm rich and successful, I can do what I want." That doesn't make it an admirable quality.

Like I'm not even sure what annoys me about it more -- that it's misogynist or that it's such a juvenile joke. It's the kind of thing the teenage boys I know would roll their eyes at for being immature.

I’m not dismissing her opinion that is her opinion. But the reason for her opinion is because she was socialized have that opinion. If it doesn’t come from a place of intellect, it comes from a place of socialization.
