I wish people would distinguish between shelter in place and lockdown in their tweets...there is a big difference in terms of seriousness within the school and how traumatic it is for kids. One involves barricading themselves in classrooms...

I hope they are are smart enough to try that excuse but I'd bet good money the people setting off fireworks have no idea what the Lunar New Year is.
